$120,000 - $130,000 a year
Join Paradigm Health as a full-time Palliative Nurse Practitioner and provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients and families across a local Indiana territory. - Full-time Palliative Nurse Practitioner
- Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 40 hours per week
- Provide medical support and coordination to palliative care patients and family members
- Complete history and physical examinations, by evaluating the patient's medical condition and health history
- Manage acute/chronic health conditions and terminal illnesses by developing an individualized plan of care, prescribing medications and treatments, obtaining consultations or making referrals
- Ability to adequately assess and reassess pain. Utilize appropriate pain management techniques. Educate patient and family regarding pain management
- Efficiently signs orders and scripts for medications for palliative patients
- Participates with provider on-call rotation

- Licensed N.P. in State of Indiana
- 1 year of NP expereience strongly preferred
- Proof of current classroom CPR
- Current driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation and insurance
