DOOR TO DOOR CANVAS MANAGER

Aspen Home Improvements is seeking an experienced Door to Door canvas manager to build and grow the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, Train, and Manage a team of door to door canvassers who generate qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Establish clear expectations and performance goals for all team members.
• Train new hires on approach, objection handling, and appointment closing techniques.
• Conduct weekly coaching, role playing, and field trainings.
• Work alongside the team in the field to provide feedback as well as set appointments for the sales team.
• Identify new areas and opportunities to canvass. Develop daily strategies and target areas based off of current installs, recent installs, demographics, etc.
• Ensure all team members represent Aspen professionally, are dependable, and results driven.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet the company goals and metrics.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of door to door experience
• Ability to work in the field and lead by example.
• Able to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are imperative.
• Enthusiastic approach to each day.
• Previous management or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
