About the opportunity

Idaho Trust is seeking a Senior Trust and Investment Administrator and Team Lead to assist officers with fiduciary and investment accounts and provide day-to-day guidance to Trust Administrators within an assigned branch. You’ll serve clients and beneficiaries, mentor colleagues, and help strengthen administrative practices across our branches. Depending on branch needs and staffing, you may also manage a smaller portfolio of accounts.

What you will do

  • Provide responsive service to clients and beneficiaries and coordinate with officers, internal partners, and outside advisors.
  • Coordinate branch workflows, provide technical guidance, and help colleagues navigate complex administrative matters.
  • Train and mentor Trust Administrators, support onboarding, and collaborate with branch leaders to address training and workflow needs.
  • Develop training and reference materials, chair committees, and lead projects to improve procedures and internal controls.
What you bring
  • An associate degree, at least five years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and three years of management/leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of fiduciary and investment account administration, sound judgment, and the ability to interpret governing documents.
  • The ability to guide and develop colleagues, communicate clearly, and manage competing priorities with accuracy and follow-through.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, and specialized software. A background in accounting, finance, investments, or law is helpful.
