Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Residential New Construction and Service Plumbing Operations Manager to oversee and manage our plumbing operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential plumbing, a strong leadership background, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of residential new construction and service plumbing projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
  • Manage and mentor a team of plumbers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet organizational goals.
  • P & L responsibility.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing regulations.
  • Address and resolve any issues or complaints from clients in a professional manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks on all plumbing projects.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential plumbing, with a focus on new construction and service.
  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the plumbing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid license.
