Job Description
Lead the Conversations That Change Lives
Healing happens through connection, structure, and the right support at the right time.
In our programs, group work is a powerful part of that process — creating space for insight, accountability, and growth. The person leading those groups plays a critical role in how that experience unfolds.
That’s where you come in.
At Tatum Psychology Employment Group, we’ve built a full continuum of behavioral health services across the Central Valley and beyond — because access to high-quality mental health care should be the standard, not the exception.
