Safety Manager in Dallas, Texas at Core Change Management Consulting Inc

We are looking for a talented safety manager that has a personal and professional interest in executing safety duties

on large construction projects. This individual will report to the Safety Director and be responsible for implementing safety

processes and functions at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, TX.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Under minimal supervision, manages, develops and implements ES&H programs.

• Supervises Environmental Safety and Health Specialists assigned to the same project(s).

• Performs work, which involves a variety of functions that require a broad range of expertise and excellent communication

skills.

• May be responsible for an ES&H program on a large, specialized, complex project or multiple projects.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, construction, engineering, architecture or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or

education

• Six (6) years of experience in a relevant role

• OSHA 30-hour Construction

• BCSP Certified Safety Professional (CSP)

• BCSP Safety Management Professional (SMP)

• NASP Master of Safety Professional (MSP)

• NASP Certified Safety Director (CSD)

• NSC Advanced Safety Certificate (ASC)

• OSHA 500

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Salary Range:

• Salary range is based on experience in this role, including large public and convention center work.
