Position Summary:
As a Light Commercial Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth by supporting outside sales efforts, managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. You’ll be the go-to resource for our customers and partners, providing product recommendations, technical support, and excellent service.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and web platforms
- Provide product information, technical guidance, and pricing for light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, bids, and submittals
- Coordinate with outside sales reps, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction
- Track project timelines, order status, and lead times
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems
- Support marketing and promotional campaigns as needed
- Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings

Education and Experience:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of HVAC sales, technical support, or inside sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP Platforms
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and applications
Preferred:
- Technical or trade school background
- Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings and/or specifications
- Light commercial HVAC industry exposure

Specific vision requirements are close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment: Combination of office with typical office equipment, warehouse with racks and bins, and wholesale store environment with most work performed at a desk using equipment such as personal computers, telephones, scanners, copiers, faxes and paper files.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Travel: Occasional travel may be expected for this position, as needed, per business requirements.
