Registered Mammography Tech – Diagnostic Imaging – Full Time

What to expect as a Registered Mammography Tech:

• Provide personalized professional patient care in mammography services.
• Work in a teamwork environment.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good communication skills to compassionately and accurately explain to the patient what they are about to experience.
• Communicate effectively with physicians.
• Use fax machine, photocopier, and computer scanner.
• Schedule patients for mammograms.

Your experience.

• Registered Mammography Technologist, required.
• Ability to perform bone density, x-ray and mammography procedures.
• RT (R)(M) certification required.
• 2-3 years’ experience as a Mammography Technologist.
• Meditech EMR experience.
• PACS, MQSA, and ACR knowledge of guidelines.
• BLS, required.
• 1-2 years’ experience.
