Job Description
The Hampton Inn & Suites Kansas City Country Club Plaza, a 203-room hotel located on the Country Club Plaza, is currently hiring Front Desk Agents.
Shift will be 6am-2pm with weekday and weekend shifts. Other shifts may be available.
Must have Weekend availability.
Front Desk Agent is responsible for checking guests in and out, making reservations, providing outstanding service to our guests, and other tasks as required of the day.
Prior guest service, retail or customer service required. Hotel Front desk experience preferred.
Candidates must be punctual, friendly and put guest experience first.
