LPN Responsibilities
- Administer medications and document administration per facility guidelines
- Provide nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Monitor resident health and report changes or concerns to appropriate staff
- Support and supervise caregivers as needed
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care teams
- Promote resident independence, dignity, and confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely charting
- Participate in training sessions and staff meetings
- Uphold a professional, respectful demeanor with all residents, families, and team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Active LPN license in the state of Ohio
- Minimum 6 months of clinical or senior care experience preferred
- Strong communication skills; ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm in fast-paced environments
- Experience with senior or memory care residents is a plus
