The Opportunity
As a Fleet Maintenance Sales Representative, you'll serve as the face of ACTS Fleet Maintenance within your territory. You'll develop relationships with fleet managers, business owners, transportation leaders, and operations teams to help them improve vehicle reliability and reduce costly downtime.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, meeting new people, uncovering business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute a territory growth plan focused on new customer acquisition and long-term account development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events
Build relationships with fleet managers, transportation directors, operations leaders, and business owners
Conduct in-person customer visits, presentations, and consultations to understand fleet maintenance needs
Promote ACTS' preventive maintenance programs, repair services, and fleet solutions
Maintain regular communication with customers to strengthen relationships and identify additional opportunities
Partner with operations and service teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Track sales activities, opportunities, and account growth within company systems
Represent ACTS Fleet Maintenance with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
Travel throughout the assigned territory as needed (typically 1–2 days per week)

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills
Ability to travel within the assigned territory

Professional demeanor and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in transportation, fleet maintenance, trucking, diesel repair, automotive services, or related industries
B2B sales experience
Experience working directly with fleet managers, operations managers, or transportation professionals
Knowledge of commercial vehicle maintenance and fleet operations
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 USD plus uncapped commission potential
