Andrew C. Beasley PLLC — Nashville's highest-rated criminal defense firm — is looking for a Law Firm Sales Professional who can do something most people can't: make someone facing a difficult legal situation feel heard, understood, and confident about their next step.

This is a high-performance role where your people skills and your drive work together. You'll handle inbound calls and inquiries from people who are already reaching out for help — your job is to listen, build trust, and guide them toward the legal representation they need. All leads are inbound — no cold calling.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $50,000
  • Performance incentives: Expected total earnings $120,000+ at plan

Compensation:

$120,000+ at plan earnings


Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls and web inquiries from potential clients and their families — often people navigating one of the most stressful moments of their lives
  • Lead intake conversations with confidence and empathy, helping people feel informed and supported while guiding them toward a decision
  • Follow up consistently and professionally with prospective clients who haven't yet moved forward — persistence and care go hand in hand in this role
  • Navigate common concerns around cost, timing, and uncertainty with calm, honest communication
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline of inquiries with urgency and organization
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records in our CRM (Lawmatics)
  • Coordinate with attorneys to schedule consultations and relay key information
  • Be available for time-sensitive inquiries outside standard business hours when needed — our clients' needs don't always follow a 9–5 schedule

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a performance-incentive-driven environment where guiding people to decisions is a core responsibility
  • A proven track record of results: you know your numbers, you work your pipeline, and you follow through
  • Emotional intelligence: you can connect with someone who is stressed or uncertain — and still move the conversation forward with professionalism and care
  • Resilience and follow-through: consistent in follow-up, proactive, and driven by outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills: warm, confident, and clear — on the phone, via text, and in writing
  • CRM proficiency: comfortable managing a pipeline and keeping accurate records
  • High ethical standards and sound judgment — non-negotiable in a legal setting

We're especially interested in candidates from people-focused, high-stakes environments — healthcare admissions, financial services, real estate, or similar fields where trust-building and guiding people through important decisions are central to the work.

Legal experience is not required. Strong people skills and a results-driven work ethic are.
