Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling phone and email inquiries with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Manage the complete order lifecycle, ensuring timely processing, production coordination, and successful fulfillment.
• Coordinate production schedules and oversee daily workflow across multiple projects to ensure deadlines are met.
• Procure materials and supplies while maintaining appropriate inventory levels to support operations.
• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor product quality and ensure finished goods meet established standards with strong attention to detail.
• Provide hands-on support with candle production, packaging, labeling, and shipping during peak periods or as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and computer skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to balance customer service responsibilities and team coordination.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing or production environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator.
• Background or experience in marketing, branding, or promotional activities.
