We are looking for an experienced Amazon DSP Dispatcher who knows Amazon delivery operations, understands driver support, and can help keep each delivery day running smoothly from start to finish.

## Position Overview

As a DSP Dispatcher, you will be an important part of the team behind the scenes, helping drivers stay on track, routes move efficiently, and daily performance goals get met. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with drivers, making quick decisions, and keeping operations organized in a fast-paced environment.

## Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily dispatch operations and help ensure route launches are completed smoothly and on time

Monitor driver progress throughout the day using Cortex

Provide real-time support to drivers, including rescues, reassignments, and troubleshooting

Track and manage key performance metrics, including DCR, POD, EOC, safety, and on-time dispatch

Coordinate rescue plans and make route adjustments when needed

Communicate directly with Amazon OTR leadership regarding operations and performance

Ensure all team members follow company policies and Amazon standards

Assist with driver coaching, accountability, and performance improvement

## Requirements

Prior Amazon DSP dispatch experience is required

Strong knowledge of Amazon Flex, Cortex, and delivery performance metrics

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Availability for weekends and flexible shifts

Proficiency with computers, data tracking, and operational monitoring
