This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Sinistros de D&O / E&O based in Brazil.
This is a specialized insurance claims role focused on managing and analyzing complex Financial Lines (FINPRO) claims, with emphasis on D&O (Directors & Officers) and E&O (Errors & Omissions). You will operate in a high-responsibility environment, handling sensitive and strategic claims that require strong technical judgment and stakeholder coordination. The role involves direct interaction with clients, insurers, and international partners, ensuring claims are managed efficiently and in compliance with internal and external SLAs. You will contribute to training initiatives, continuous improvement of claims processes, and technical discussions that shape resolution strategies. This position requires a balance of analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and structured communication. It is ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic, client-facing environments with exposure to global insurance markets.
- Manage and monitor a portfolio of D&O and E&O insurance claims, ensuring compliance with internal and external SLAs.
- Conduct technical analysis of claims, identifying risks, opportunities, and resolution strategies.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, insurers, regulators, and internal stakeholders, including international counterparts.
- Support and participate in internal and external training sessions related to FINPRO products.
- Drive claims resolution strategies in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
- Handle negotiations, mediations, and alternative dispute resolution processes when required.
- Prioritize and manage a high-volume workload with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in claims handling processes and methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (Direito).
- Solid technical knowledge of D&O insurance, with exposure to E&O, Surety, and General Liability (RCG).
- Experience in insurance claims handling and monitoring technical recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with internal and external parties.
- Ability to work effectively in team-oriented and high-demand environments.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Clear and effective communication skills (written and verbal).
- Intermediate to advanced English (desirable), including ability to communicate in international contexts.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
