This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Consultor PMO Sênior based in Brazil.
This is a strategic PMO role focused on supporting and strengthening governance across complex SAP transformation programs. You will play a key part in ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale IT initiatives, working closely with business, IT, and external vendors. The position requires strong control over timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies, with a constant focus on quality and alignment with strategic objectives. You will act as a central coordination point across multiple stakeholders, ensuring transparency and consistency in project reporting and governance. In this role, you will support both agile and traditional project environments, contributing to continuous improvement in delivery practices. - Support planning, execution, and monitoring of SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA projects.
- Maintain and update project schedules, dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports.
- Track and control project scope, costs, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Support project governance based on PMI methodologies and/or hybrid Agile frameworks.
- Act as a liaison between business areas, IT teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
- Monitor functional and technical SAP deliverables across modules such as MM, FI/CO, SD, and PM.
- Ensure proper documentation, standardization, and governance of project artifacts.
- Support steering committees, status meetings, and executive presentations.
- Proven experience as a PMO in SAP implementation or transformation projects.
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
- Strong knowledge of project governance methodologies (PMI and/or Agile hybrid).
- Solid experience managing schedules, budgets, risks, and KPIs.
- Ability to produce executive reports, dashboards, and structured status updates.
- Familiarity with SAP functional modules (MM, FI/CO, SD, PM).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple levels.
- Experience in complex corporate environments and large-scale programs.
- Intermediate to advanced English (desirable).
- Knowledge of BI/reporting tools such as Power BI (a plus).
- Experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects (a plus).
- PMP or Agile-related certifications (a plus).
- Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).
