Ready to support high-energy culinary operations and keep our galleys running smoothly? Manthey Hospitality is hiring Dishwashers to ensure pristine sanitation and efficient back-of-house operations for Nashville Riverboats.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized dish room and galley areas
• Collect, rinse, and properly rack dishware, glassware, utensils, and cookware
• Operate dish machines safely and according to procedure
• Wash and sanitize pots, pans, and large equipment using a 3-compartment sink
• Inspect all cleaned items for sanitation and proper storage readiness
• Monitor and replace chemical containers; ensure proper chemical levels
• Keep galley floors and workspaces clean through sweeping, mopping, trash removal
• Assist with cleaning dry storage and other galley areas
• Receive and store food and non-food supplies using FIFO practices
• Follow all health department and maritime sanitation standards
• Participate in safety drills; follow all vessel safety protocols
• Communicate professionally and support overall vessel operations as needed

What You Bring

• Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working aboard moving vessels in tight spaces and dynamic environments
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed
• Ability to work onboard for 2–5 hour cruises; occasional extended shifts up to 12 hours
