This is a high-impact, hands-on performance marketing role focused on driving scalable growth through paid acquisition across multiple digital channels. You will own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels, with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes. The role sits at the center of data, creativity, and experimentation, where your decisions directly influence lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth. You will operate in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment where continuous optimization and rapid iteration are key to success. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help shape messaging, funnel performance, and overall demand generation strategy. - Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and additional platforms such as TikTok, Reddit, and X (Twitter).
- Design and execute full-funnel B2B lead generation strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Own campaign structure, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and creative testing to maximize performance.
- Continuously monitor and optimize key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Run structured A/B tests across ads, landing pages, bidding strategies, audiences, and messaging variations.
- Analyze funnel performance and user behavior to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
- Manage tracking infrastructure using GA4, GTM, UTMs, and platform analytics to ensure data accuracy.
- Produce performance reports with actionable insights, optimization recommendations, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, content, and design teams to align messaging and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Identify scalable acquisition channels and contribute to broader growth and revenue initiatives.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media roles.
- Proven experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong background in B2B lead generation and funnel-based marketing strategies.
- Deep understanding of PPC strategy, audience targeting, retargeting, and attribution models.
- Advanced experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking implementation.
- Ability to independently build, launch, optimize, and report on paid campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with a test-and-learn mindset and data-driven decision-making approach.
- Excellent ad copywriting and creative testing skills.
- Familiarity with CRO principles and landing page optimization.
- Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo is a plus.
- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Ads are considered an advantage.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments with high ownership.
