CFL is currently seeking candidates to join our rapidly expanding team. We seek to hire a qualified Administrative Assistant to support the new LVT manufacturing facility in Adairsville, GA. The chosen candidate will report to the Director of HR and Administration. The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the factory by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
As the Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to senior leaders, acting with little supervision, anticipating needs while managing the day-to-day workflow which includes scheduling, contact management, preparing materials for meetings, and participating in a wide range of special projects. The Administrative Assistant will perform, coordinate, and oversee administrative duties while providing an extensive level of support. This will enable the senior leaders supported to work more efficiently and effectively towards achieving the organization’s strategic goals.

- Schedules and manages the calendar for multiple leaders, including day-to-day and long-term management of meetings, projects, and priorities. Thinks ahead to ensure prompt execution of meetings, conference calls, travel, and other critically notable events.
- Support coordination of townhalls, employee events and other meetings.
- Prioritize meetings. Prepare and coordinate meeting agenda and communications where required. Communicate all relevant details to participants.
- Help create and coordinate power point presentations for meetings etc.
- Partner with leaders on coordination of special projects and events, including collaborating with staff to assure projects meet deadlines.
- Balance conflicting priorities to manage workflow, ensure the completion of essential projects and meet critical deadlines.
