Requirements
  • 5+ years of progressive HR/People experience, ideally in an HR Business Partner or People Partner role supporting multiple teams or functions.
  • Strong experience across organizational design, change management, performance management, employee engagement, coaching, development, and People programs.
  • Experience using People data and analytics to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and support business decisions.
  • Ability to understand business objectives and connect people strategies to measurable outcomes.
  • Proven experience partnering with managers and leaders while influencing decisions and promoting accountability.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across different levels of an organization.
  • Experience working in a global or distributed environment with diverse teams and perspectives.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with HR partners across recruiting, operations, rewards, and other functions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and willingness to continuously learn and improve.
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive environments and supporting employee well-being.
Benefits

  • 100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for employees and their families.
  • 16 weeks of paid parental leave.
  • Unlimited paid time off (PTO).
  • Remote work support and wellness stipends.
  • Professional development budget to support continuous learning and career growth.
