As a People Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to leaders while helping teams build strong cultures, improve performance, and navigate change. You will combine HR expertise, data-driven insights, and strong relationship-building skills to create meaningful impact across the organization. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, supporting talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. - Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and develop people strategies that support business objectives and team growth.
- Lead and improve performance management processes, including review cycles, calibration discussions, compensation support, and manager coaching.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, helping managers and employees navigate challenges with fairness, empathy, and sound judgment.
- Support organizational development initiatives by assessing team structures, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping implement effective solutions.
- Assist with change management initiatives by supporting leaders and teams through organizational transitions.
- Build trusted relationships with managers and cross-functional partners, providing ongoing HR guidance and strategic support.
- Analyze People metrics and employee lifecycle data to identify trends, generate insights, and support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives and programs focused on development, retention, and workplace experience.
- Contribute to the development and execution of People programs that strengthen culture, inclusion, and employee growth.
- Support broader People team initiatives and help enhance HR capabilities across the organization.
- 5+ years of progressive HR/People experience, ideally in an HR Business Partner or People Partner role supporting multiple teams or functions.
- Strong experience across organizational design, change management, performance management, employee engagement, coaching, development, and People programs.
- Experience using People data and analytics to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and support business decisions.
- Ability to understand business objectives and connect people strategies to measurable outcomes.
- Proven experience partnering with managers and leaders while influencing decisions and promoting accountability.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across different levels of an organization.
- Experience working in a global or distributed environment with diverse teams and perspectives.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with HR partners across recruiting, operations, rewards, and other functions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and willingness to continuously learn and improve.
- Commitment to fostering inclusive environments and supporting employee well-being.
- Competitive compensation package ranging from $100,000 to $130,000 USD, subject to market adjustments.
