Requirements
  • 5+ years of technical pre-sales or Solutions Engineering experience, ideally supporting open-source technologies, observability, monitoring, or related technical platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with customers on complex technical challenges and guide opportunities through technical evaluation and decision-making processes.
  • Strong technical mindset with the ability to understand sophisticated technologies and communicate their value clearly to both technical and business audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
  • Strong judgment, initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with Sales, Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and successfully within a remote-first, internationally distributed organization.
  • Passion for learning and growing technically, with a willingness to explore new technologies and develop creative solutions to customer challenges.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, observability technologies, or related infrastructure platforms is valuable.
  • Candidates based on the West Coast of the United States are preferred.
Benefits
  • On-target earnings of $204,000–$254,000 in the United States, with actual compensation based on experience, skills, and level.
  • Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), providing employees with ownership and alignment with the organization's long-term success.
  • Fully remote work within eligible regions, supported by a globally distributed and collaborative culture.
  • A high-growth environment offering meaningful technical challenges and opportunities to influence customers and products.
  • Strong autonomy, transparent communication, and a high-trust, low-ego working culture.
  • Opportunities for professional development, technical leadership, and career progression.
  • Global collaboration with talented colleagues across multiple countries and time zones.
  • In-person onboarding designed to help new team members build relationships and understand the organization's culture and ways of working.
