Job Description
Position title: Advisor I, Knowledge Management and Learning (KML) (Global Remote)
Location: United States | (Remote)

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
- 5-8 years related experience in knowledge management, learning and development, organizational development, program/training coordination, or a related field of work
- Experience coordinating trainings, webinars, calendars, events, logistics, or learning activities in a complex operating environment
- Proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft 365; ability to design information architecture, templates, and practical knowledge-management systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in related discipline
- Experience with Power BI or similar tools
- Experience supporting knowledge platforms or digital systems
- Familiarity with CRS systems or similar organizational environments
