Qualifications
-
1-3 years of administrative experience
-
Oversees purchasing and financial coordination tasks such as initiating check requests, creating purchase orders, obtaining competitive quotes, coding invoices, and coordinating with Accounts Payable while ensuring budget compliance.

Supports facility safety and compliance efforts by assisting with hospital hazard/safety rounds, annual furniture assessments, corrective action tracking, and special projects.

Generates, reviews, and distributes preventive maintenance work orders and electronic reports while ensuring timely completion, filing, and documentation accuracy.

Maintains Facilities and Maintenance systems and records, including licensure files, preventive maintenance documentation, CMMS administration, and regulatory dashboards (CMS, TJC, OSHA).

Coordinates administrative operations including scheduling meetings, organizing conferences, handling calls/messages, and communicating schedule changes with leadership.

Manages and distributes correspondence, reports, and documentation with a focus on accuracy, clarity, consistency, and compliance with departmental and regulatory standards.

Work alongside experienced interdisciplinary teams across high-acuity patient populations.
