About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Manager, Retailer.com & Trade Marketing for Sephora to support the day-to-day execution of retailer marketing initiatives for a global beauty brand. This role is heavily execution-focused and will manage the coordination, implementation, and delivery of retailer.com and trade marketing programs across Sephora’s omni-channel ecosystem.The ideal candidate is hands-on, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has experience managing retailer marketing deliverables, digital assets, promotional calendars, and cross-functional coordination. This role requires strong follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000 annually based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
Retailer.com Marketing Execution
- Execute retailer.com marketing initiatives for Sephora.com, including homepage placements, product page updates, search optimization support, email placements, and promotional activations
- Coordinate digital asset delivery, copy updates, and merchandising materials with internal creative, eCommerce, and retailer teams
- Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and retailer-exclusive programs through timely execution and project management
- Maintain retailer marketing calendars, launch trackers, and campaign timelines
- Monitor campaign performance and compile reporting recaps for internal stakeholders
Trade Marketing Support
- Execute trade marketing programs and retailer activations in partnership with Sephora marketing and sales teams
- Coordinate promotional materials, sampling programs, launch assets, and in-store marketing support
- Manage day-to-day communication with internal teams and retailer contacts to ensure timely delivery of assets and campaign elements
- Assist in the development of retailer presentations, launch documents, and marketing recap materials
- Track retailer marketing budgets, invoices, and co-op expenses as needed
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, Creative, Product Marketing, and external agencies to support campaign execution
- Ensure all retailer deliverables are accurate, on-brand, and delivered according to retailer deadlines
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization
- Support ad hoc retailer marketing needs and operational tasks as business priorities evolve
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 4–6+ years of experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, retailer marketing, or eCommerce marketing
- Beauty industry experience preferred, ideally within prestige beauty, skincare, or cosmetics
- Direct experience supporting Sephora retailer marketing programs required
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Experience working with retailer.com platforms and digital merchandising processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting omni-channel retailer marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with retail media, retailer digital platforms, and eCommerce workflows
- Experience coordinating with creative and cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
- Passion for beauty, retail, and consumer trends
