Job Summary: Maintenance Technician III is a senior-level technician responsible for advanced troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of complex equipment and facility systems. This role serves as a technical leader within the maintenance department and may provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.
Requirements:Job Responsibilities:
- Lead advanced troubleshooting and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems.
- Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Analyze equipment performance and recommend process or reliability improvements.
- Install, calibrate, and maintain production equipment and facility systems.
- Read and interpret advanced electrical schematics, PLC logic, and technical drawings.
- Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and root cause analysis initiatives.
- Train and mentor Maintenance Technician I and II employees.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Assist with maintenance planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent advanced training preferred.
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Advanced knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, automation, motors, drives, hydraulics, and plumbing.
- Experience with CMMS systems and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to lead projects and mentor team members.

Compensation
Starting Wage: $25/hour DOE
