This role is focused on transforming long-form B2B podcast conversations into high-impact short-form video content optimized for today’s leading social platforms. You will play a key role in shaping how expert discussions are repackaged into engaging, scroll-stopping clips designed for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. The position requires a strong editorial mindset, combining storytelling, pacing, and platform-native editing techniques to maximize viewer engagement. You will work closely with content teams to identify the most compelling moments within interviews and turn them into polished, branded assets. In addition, you will continuously refine edits based on performance data and audience insights. This is a fast-paced, creative production role suited for an editor who understands both technical execution and content strategy.
- Edit long-form podcast recordings into engaging short-form video clips optimized for social media platforms.
- Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, and branded visual elements to enhance content quality.
- Adapt edits to platform-specific formats, trends, pacing, and audience expectations across TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to identify high-impact moments worth repurposing.
- Iterate video content based on performance analytics, engagement metrics, and feedback.
- Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- 2–4 years of professional video editing experience with a strong short-form or social media-focused portfolio.
- Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Strong visual storytelling skills, particularly for business, SaaS, or professional content.
- Solid understanding of short-form video formats and best practices across TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Availability to work aligned with U.S. time zones.
- Strong editorial instincts and comfort working with raw, conversational podcast footage.
- Remote full-time contract role with international exposure.
