FLOOR STAFF in Las Vegas, Nevada at WALKER FURNITURE

SUMMARY:

The Floor Staff member is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and supporting the sales team with customer needs. This position is based at Walker Furniture's MLK Main Store location. Work closely with department team members to ensure daily tasks and responsibilities are completed accurately and efficiently.

The Floor Staff member will assist with receiving transfers and purchase order merchandise from delivery truck, as well as assisting customers with the pickup of purchased merchandise. This role requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast- paced environment while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail.

Pay Type: Start at $15.50 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Ability to work with others, perform work independently or as a team.
• Ability to lift at least 50+ pounds and handle/move heavy objects.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Regularly use the back, hands, and arms to safely lift, carry, move, reach, adjust, and handle a variety of merchandise and other items ranging from lightweight to heavyweight.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and move around.
