ABOUT THE ROLE
The Business Environment Specialist supports Advantixx and its operated companies through professional, accountable work within Business Environment Services. You will maintain organized, professional business environments through service coordination, readiness checks, supply support, and responsive issue resolution.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Perform the core duties of the position accurately, timely, and in accordance with company procedures.
• Coordinate with leaders, colleagues, vendors, and business units to complete assigned priorities.
• Maintain organized records, reports, workflows, and follow-up documentation.
• Protect confidential company, employee, customer, financial, and operational information.
• Identify risks, escalate concerns promptly, and support continuous process improvement.
• Meet established service, quality, productivity, and compliance expectations.
• Perform other reasonable duties consistent with the position and business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Relevant education, training, or experience appropriate to the position.
• Strong organization, communication, judgment, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively with limited supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or comparable business systems.
• Ability to work onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada, unless otherwise approved.
