The Budget Analyst II develops and monitors budgets for CA/PPT offices and projects, and reports on them to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and maintain budgets for departments and projects, aligned with organizational goals.
• Follow quality management systems to keep financials accurate and accountable.
• Run variance analysis and forecasting, and turn results into recommendations.
• Prepare and present budget reports to senior management, highlighting key financial metrics.

Required qualifications

• At least 6 years of budget or financial analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Active SECRET clearance.

Preferred

• Federal budget formulation and execution experience.
• Power BI reporting experience.
