Job Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Enterprise AI Solutions Engineer in Canada.
This role sits at the core of an organization-wide AI transformation, where advanced automation and agentic systems are being moved from experimentation into production-scale enterprise use. You will design and build AI-powered solutions that directly support legal and operational teams, translating complex business needs into secure, governed, and scalable workflows. Acting as a key technical builder, you will develop AI agents, integrations, and automation frameworks that enhance productivity across practice groups and administrative functions. The position combines deep engineering expertise with strong stakeholder engagement, requiring you to collaborate closely with non-technical leaders and legal professionals. You will also play a central role in defining AI architecture standards, governance models, and deployment practices. This is a high-impact role where technical execution, compliance awareness, and communication excellence come together in a rapidly evolving AI environment.
In this role, you will design, build, and operationalize enterprise AI solutions that enable scalable automation and intelligent workflows across the organization.
- Design and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows using platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and related enterprise AI tools.
- Build and maintain API-driven integrations across Microsoft 365, document management systems, legal platforms, and third-party AI tools.
- Configure and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementations to extend AI capabilities with governed data and workflows.
- Partner with attorneys, practice leaders, and operational teams to identify automation opportunities and translate needs into technical solutions.
- Own the AI solutions delivery roadmap in coordination with leadership, including intake, prioritization, and deployment planning.
- Ensure strong data governance, security, and compliance across all integrations and AI workflows.
- Maintain architecture documentation, API governance standards, and change control processes.
- Evaluate and recommend new AI tools and frameworks based on compliance, security, and enterprise readiness requirements.
- Act as the internal subject matter expert for AI agent development and enterprise deployment patterns.
This role requires strong enterprise AI engineering expertise combined with experience in secure, regulated, or professional services environments.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise AI engineering, solutions architecture, or API development roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
- Strong hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents or agentic workflows in production environments.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft ecosystem tools, including Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft Graph API.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and API governance practices.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems such as document management platforms and business-critical APIs.
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) setup and enterprise deployment patterns.
- Understanding of compliance-driven environments, including security controls, ethical walls, and data governance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in legal tech, professional services, or similarly regulated environments is highly valued.
- Competitive compensation aligned with senior enterprise AI engineering roles
- Remote work flexibility
- Opportunity to lead enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives
- Exposure to cutting-edge agentic AI and enterprise automation technologies
- High-impact role with direct collaboration with leadership and practice teams
- Strong focus on innovation within a governed and compliance-driven environment
- Professional growth in AI architecture, systems integration, and enterprise AI strategy
- Opportunity to shape AI standards, governance, and tooling across the organization
