Job Description
At Southeast Medical Group, we aren't just operating medical clinics; we are redefining the primary care experience for our neighborhoods. We believe that great healthcare shouldn't be a secret. We need a dynamic connector to act as a brand ambassador, helping us build community roots and support our clinics' growth. The Role- Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Growth & Engagement Partner is part field marketer, part community event coordinator, and part clinical liaison. We are looking for someone who loves being on the move (75% travel within our footprint). You will be the vital link executing our central marketing team's initiatives at the frontline clinic level. Whether you are a marketing/sales pro who loves healthcare, or a former Medical Assistant/Clinic Coordinator ready to step into a community outreach role—if you know how clinics operate and how to communicate with providers, we want you.
Requirements:How You’ll Make an Impact:
The Clinic Liaison (Practice Support)
- Spend 75% of your time in the field, working alongside Practice Managers, providers, and medical teams to support marketing rollouts.
- Execute corporate marketing plans within the clinics. Because you understand clinic workflows, you’ll help ensure our marketing materials and promotions are set up efficiently without disrupting patient care.
- Conduct routine checks of local clinic signage and collateral, ensuring every location matches our established brand guidelines.
The Community Connector (Outreach & Events)
- Get out into the neighborhood! You will help organize, set up, and represent our brand at approved local sponsorships, health fairs, and grassroots events.
- Support our growth initiatives by maintaining positive relationships with local employers, senior centers, gyms, and community boards to encourage patient referrals.
- Act as a friendly, recognizable "face" of our brand in the communities we serve, distributing approved marketing materials.
The Storyteller (Content Collection)
- Healthcare is human. While in the clinics and at events, you will help gather incredible patient success stories and testimonials.
- Capture these authentic moments (quotes, photos, video clips) following company HIPAA guidelines, and submit them to the central marketing team for use on digital and social media.
- Assist practice managers in tracking their online reputation (such as monitoring Google Reviews) and reporting feedback to leadership.
Who You Are (Qualifications)
- The Clinical/Marketing Hybrid: You have 3+ years of experience in field marketing/outreach, OR you are a former clinical team member (Medical Assistant, Clinic Manager, Patient Coordinator) with a natural talent for networking and community building.
- The Road Warrior: You love being out of the office. You have a valid driver’s license and are ready to travel locally/regionally 75% of the time.
- The Chameleon: You can comfortably discuss our services with a local business owner at 9:00 AM, collaborate with clinic staff at 11:00 AM, and capture a heartwarming story from a senior patient at 2:00 PM.
- The Taskmaster: You are highly organized. You can efficiently follow a weekly route plan, track your daily outreach activities in our system, and report results back to your manager.
Compliance, Physical Demands & Safety
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
- This is a full-time, hourly position. Because this role involves executing established marketing plans, coordinating events, and following daily/weekly outreach schedules directed by management, this position is classified as non-exempt.
