Office Manager

The Office Manager role has a national salary range of $70,000 - $85,000.

For roles within California the range is $77,000 - $95,000 and Washington is $81,000 - $95,000.

Job Description

Responsible for the management of the site, office, and administrative areas including mail, receptionist, building maintenance, vendor relationships (including security, cleaning, maintenance) and supply room, as applicable

• Interview, hire, train and manage administrative staff

• Procure office and vendor supplies

• Act as liaison for business services including telephone company, landlord, janitorial service, security services, etc.; as applicable

• Ensure administrative and staff equipment needs are met by recommending purchases and, if necessary, initiating appropriate paperwork

Required Education and Experience

• High school Diploma or equivalent, required

• 3+ years in a supervisory role, required
