Job Description
As a Digital Product Manager, Help & Support, you’ll help shape and evolve the digital support journey customers turn to when they need help.
This role is a Think Company staffing opportunity supporting complex business initiatives for one of our enterprise clients. You’ll be fully embedded with one of our strategic client partners, collaborating daily with their stakeholders, working within their processes and structures, and representing Think Company through strong delivery, communication, and consulting acumen.

This role is a Think Company staffing opportunity supporting complex business initiatives for one of our enterprise clients. You’ll be fully embedded with one of our strategic client partners, collaborating daily with their stakeholders, working within their processes and structures, and representing Think Company through strong delivery, communication, and consulting acumen.

- Location: Hybrid — Philadelphia, PA; 1 day per week on-site
- Employment type: Full-time, Exempt (Contract staffing engagement)
- Salary range: $125,000 - $95,000
What You'll Do
- Maintain and evolve the digital product roadmap in alignment with business priorities, stakeholder requests, and customer-facing team feedback
- Own backlog creation, grooming, and prioritization
- Translate business and customer needs into clear digital product requirements, serving as the primary product representative in design sessions, refinement, UX reviews, and development demos
- Partner cross-functionally with UX, content, analytics, research, engineering, and support operations teams to drive feature execution and rollout planning
- Define and track KPIs that measure product success; monitor post-launch performance and recommend improvements
- Conduct and commission basic customer and user research, pairing findings with analytics to identify pain points and opportunities
- Provide regular stakeholder updates on feature development, release timelines, and business impact
What You Bring
- Product management experience including backlog ownership and prioritization
- Ability to quickly learn technical product areas and digital ecosystem dependencies
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to translate business needs and customer insights into clear, actionable product requirements
- Analytical mindset with experience using data and customer research to drive product decisions
- Comfort partnering with UX, content, and technology teams on scalable, user-friendly solutions
- Resourceful cross-organizational navigation — able to proactively engage the right people to resolve ambiguity and keep work moving
