Pay: $21.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-time; Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 6:30pm

What You'll Do:

The Drop-In Center Case Manager provides engagement and case management services with an interdisciplinary, multi-agency team to youth experiencing houselessness. Responsibilities include intake and assessment; crisis intervention; case planning and contracting; resource brokerage and referral; case coordination and advocacy; skills training and group facilitation; follow-up and after care; provision of clinical and financial record keeping related to job duties; providing backup and scheduled floor coverage for Drop-In program.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, or social work preferred - OR - relevant work and life experience
• Valid driver's license, access to an automobile, and active auto insurance required
