Product Director of Business Intelligence

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Director of Business Intelligence based in United States.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a strategic product leader to shape the future of business intelligence and analytics within a fast-paced healthcare environment. In this role, you will define and execute the vision for reporting and analytics products that empower data-driven decision-making across multiple business units. Working closely with operations, technology, and client-facing teams, you will transform complex business needs into innovative reporting solutions that improve operational performance and customer outcomes. You will lead initiatives spanning product strategy, advanced analytics, predictive insights, and reporting standardization while influencing key stakeholders across the organization. Accountabilities:
  • Define and execute the strategic vision, roadmap, and priorities for business intelligence products and analytics initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and deliver reporting solutions that align with operational and business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain the Business Intelligence product backlog while balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and organizational priorities.
  • Develop and standardize dashboards, reporting frameworks, KPIs, and benchmarking capabilities that support operational excellence across multiple business units.
  • Drive innovation by advancing predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and proactive reporting capabilities that uncover business trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with operations, development, and client success teams to ensure successful implementation of reporting products and communicate product updates, roadmap priorities, and analytics enhancements.
  • Champion a data-driven culture by delivering actionable insights that improve business performance and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Product Management, or a related role within healthcare revenue cycle management.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle metrics, reporting standards, and operational performance measurement.
  • Proven experience managing product initiatives from concept through implementation while collaborating across technical and business teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable reporting products and actionable analytics solutions.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with business intelligence platforms, data visualization tools, and reporting frameworks.
  • Advanced knowledge of predictive analytics, anomaly detection, machine learning, or enterprise analytics programs is considered an asset.
  • MBA or another advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
