Job Description

Agentic Programs Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Agentic Programs Lead based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of AI-powered marketing operations within a fast-moving technology environment.
The successful candidate will design, build, and scale intelligent AI agent systems that enhance productivity, efficiency, and business impact across revenue marketing teams.
Operating at a senior individual contributor level, this position combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and cross-functional influence.
You will own the roadmap, governance, and performance standards for a shared AI agent ecosystem supporting marketing intelligence, planning, optimization, and campaign execution.
The role requires a hands-on builder who can translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions while ensuring reliability, quality, and responsible adoption.
This is an opportunity to drive transformational change by helping teams work smarter through automation, AI orchestration, and data-driven decision-making.

Accountabilities:

The Agentic Programs Lead will serve as the technical owner of an enterprise AI agent ecosystem, driving the development, adoption, and continuous improvement of AI-powered capabilities across revenue marketing functions. This role requires strong ownership, technical depth, and the ability to influence teams without direct management responsibility.

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and evolution of the shared AI agent fleet across market intelligence, planning and optimization, and campaign execution.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases based on business value, scalability, and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with broader business and go-to-market priorities.
  • Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents and LLM-powered workflows supporting competitive intelligence, audience analysis, campaign operations, content development, optimization, and automation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define agent architecture, integrations, and connections with core marketing platforms and systems.
  • Establish quality standards, governance frameworks, monitoring processes, and responsible AI practices to ensure reliable agent performance.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of AI agents, including development, iteration, optimization, and retirement based on performance data.
  • Enable marketing teams by providing training, guidance, and support on AI usage, prompting techniques, and interpreting agent outputs.
  • Translate team-specific business needs into reusable AI capabilities rather than isolated solutions.
  • Track adoption, utilization, performance, and ROI of AI initiatives across marketing teams.
  • Monitor emerging AI trends, market signals, and new opportunities to continuously improve the agent ecosystem.
  • Measure impact through key metrics such as efficiency gains, campaign velocity, pipeline contribution, conversion improvements, and user adoption.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI automation, marketing technology, and B2B revenue operations, with proven experience building scalable solutions that improve business performance.

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing technology, marketing operations, AI automation, or related technical fields.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, prompt engineering solutions, orchestration frameworks, and API integrations.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, Power BI, and ON24.
  • Experience designing and managing technical roadmaps, governance frameworks, and scalable automation programs.
  • Deep knowledge of full-funnel B2B revenue marketing, including demand generation, campaign lifecycle management, and funnel performance metrics.
  • Ability to operate as a senior technical individual contributor and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience managing AI systems, automation workflows, and digital agents rather than traditional people management.
  • Comfortable working in an evolving environment with changing priorities and emerging technologies.
  • Strong curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and share AI best practices.
Benefits:

The role offers a competitive rewards package and a flexible environment designed to support professional growth, well-being, and innovation.

  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Potential eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
  • Paid time off and paid parental leave.
  • Health and wellness benefits, including medical, life, and disability insurance options depending on location.
  • Flexible remote work environment.
  • Opportunities to work on cutting-edge AI initiatives with significant business impact.
  • Inclusive workplace culture focused on diversity, collaboration, and employee growth.
  • Access to employee resource groups and professional development opportunities.
