Part Time Receptionist position in Muskegon, Michigan at Preferred Automotive Group LLC

Preferred Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Muskegon is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team.

This position is an important part of the guest experience. The receptionist will often be the first person our guests see or speak with, so we are looking for someone who is professional, welcoming, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

• Warmly greet guests as they enter the dealership

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department

• Follow up with guests and provide updates regarding their vehicle or dealership experience

• Assist with accounts receivable duties and payment processing

• Maintain accurate records and complete basic administrative tasks

• Communicate professionally with guests, team members, and outside vendors

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

• Assist dealership departments as needed

• Ensure every guest receives a pleasant, helpful, and professional experience

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude

• Dependable and punctual

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable handling phone calls and communicating with guests

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy environment

• Basic computer and office skills

• Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or accounts receivable experience is preferred but not required
