Accountabilities:

As a Manager, Commercial Finance, you will own critical financial reporting processes and provide strategic analysis that supports revenue growth and business performance. You will partner with commercial stakeholders to improve forecasting accuracy, reporting infrastructure, and executive visibility while ensuring financial data is reliable and actionable.

  • Own recurring revenue reporting workflows, including trackers, attainment dashboards, variance analysis, and daily or weekly reporting processes.

  • Collaborate with Revenue, Sales Operations, and go-to-market teams to understand business drivers and translate them into financial insights.
  • Apply strong attention to detail and independent judgment to ensure all financial outputs are accurate, consistent, and decision-ready.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong commercial finance expertise, advanced analytical capabilities, and experience supporting high-growth businesses. You should be comfortable working with complex datasets, building executive-level reporting, and communicating insights clearly to senior stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience.
  • Strong commercial finance, sales finance, or strategic finance background, ideally within a high-growth technology, SaaS, or advertising environment.
  • Expert-level skills in Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to independently build, troubleshoot, and maintain complex reporting models.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working across multiple data sources and resolving data inconsistencies.
  • Experience preparing executive reporting materials, KPI reviews, board presentations, or leadership dashboards.
  • Ability to translate financial data into clear business narratives and actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across finance, sales, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable quickly learning existing processes and improving systems with minimal supervision.
Benefits:
