Up to 26,500 plus Bonus

37.5 per week, 08:3017:30

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

What we're looking for

  • Someone passionate about putting people first
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience (healthcare a bonus)
  • Confident on the phone happy to pick it up
  • Driven by targets

What you'll do

  • Own the recruitment process screening, booking interviews, building rapport
  • Direct recruitment activity to the right job openings
  • Manage calendars so candidates are interviewed promptly
  • Meet recruitment KPIs set by the Head of Recruitment
  • Use job boards, databases, our website and social media to attract care candidates
  • Build strong relationships with the hub network to understand their resourcing needs
  • Keep the ATS effective and fully up to date
  • Give candidates everything they need to complete the cycle on time
  • Check ID thoroughly to meet DBS criteria
