This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Solution Sales Executive - Capital Markets based in United States.
This is a strategic enterprise sales role focused on expanding adoption of sophisticated technology solutions across leading law firms nationwide.
You will build trusted relationships with partners, associates, and senior legal stakeholders while positioning solutions for capital markets transactions.
The role combines consultative selling, business development, executive engagement, and complex solution sales.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to create opportunities and accelerate high-value engagements.
Success requires strong commercial judgment, an understanding of securities transactions and M&A activity, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.
You will have significant ownership of territory development, pipeline progression, forecasting, and quota attainment.

- Build and nurture strategic relationships with partners and associates within targeted law firms, establishing trusted connections and expanding solution adoption.
- Develop awareness and demand through proactive engagement with legal stakeholders and identify opportunities for both sourced and co-sell business.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to create engagement strategies and generate qualified opportunities.
- Conduct needs analysis and translate customer requirements into compelling, tailored solution demonstrations.
- Lead consultative sales conversations, address objections effectively, remove barriers, and develop solutions to complex customer challenges.
- Drive high-value business development activities, including executive meetings, in-person engagements, lunch-and-learns, networking events, and relationship-building sessions.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and provide reliable, forward-looking territory analysis, pipeline visibility, and sales forecasts.
- Maintain momentum across internal teams and stakeholders with competing priorities, ensuring opportunities progress effectively through the sales cycle.
- Develop deep knowledge of products and solutions through continuous learning, training, and a growth-oriented approach.
- Share successful sales strategies, customer insights, lessons learned, and best practices with colleagues across the organization.
- Consistently pursue and achieve sales targets by developing a strong pipeline and converting strategic opportunities into revenue.
- 6+ years of sales experience in a related role, with a demonstrated track record selling complex enterprise technology, SaaS, or comparable solutions to executive-level buyers.
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of relevant knowledge, professional experience, and career expertise.
- Experience selling to in-house legal teams and/or external counsel is strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of the SaaS business model and enterprise technology sales environment.
- Knowledge of capital markets, securities transactions, and/or mergers and acquisitions is preferred.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand, articulate, and solve complex business challenges.
- Executive presence with the confidence and communication skills required to engage senior decision-makers.
- Ability to identify key influencers and understand organizational dynamics, stakeholder priorities, and decision-making processes.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed quota targets in a competitive enterprise sales environment.
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders without relying solely on formal authority.
- Strategic, proactive, resilient, and comfortable operating in complex, relationship-driven sales cycles.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% for customer meetings and industry events.
- Must be authorized to work permanently in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided for this position.
- Reliable internet access is required when working remotely.
- U.S. on-target earnings (OTE) range of $203,000–$330,000 annually.
