Program OverviewThe Overwatch Leadership Development Internship Program is an immersive experience that combines cross-functional rotations, executive engagement, leadership development, public speaking, project-based learning, and mentorship. Interns are expected to think critically, contribute ideas, and challenge conventional thinking while learning how high-performing organizations operate. Key Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across multiple business functions.
• Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts on real business initiatives and operational challenges.
• Attend weekly leadership development sessions focused on communication, accountability, decision-making, and professional growth.
• Develop public speaking confidence through recurring presentations to peers, managers, and senior leaders.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, or performance.
• Work as part of a high-performing team to complete projects and business challenges.
• Engage directly with executive leadership to gain insight into organizational strategy and decision-making.
• Complete a capstone project and present recommendations to company leadership at the conclusion of the program.
