Job Description

Greet clients in a professional and welcoming manner in person and by phoneAddress client inquiries and requests in a timely and consistent mannerEffectively schedule appointments within parameters established by the hospital leadership teamRecord thorough and accurate information in client records, patient medical records, communication requests to medical staff, and appointment notesReceive and effectively process client requests for prescription medications, foods, and medical documentationAccurately process financial transactions through both the practice management software program and credit card systemsReconcile financial information as required throughout each shiftEnsure that the reception area maintains a clean, professional and welcoming presentationFacilitate staff with cleaning of hospital and daily tasks when needed

Qualifications

Good Communication Skills and detail oriented. Ability to multi-taskMust be able to lift 35 - 40 poundsMust be friendly and ambitious.Flexibility with schedule and morning hours are a plus.Previous experience in veterinary or customer service a plus but willing to train the right candidate.
