The New Haven Companies, Inc. is looking for a Rental Coordinator starts pay is at 30.00 an hour. Monday through Friday 8 am to 5pm. As a Rental Coordinator you will have a variety of responsibilities so things will never be boring! You will verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing rentals, Take payments, Interaction with customers, over the phone, email and in person. Work as part of a team and alone for parts of this job. Must be familiar with Excel and know how to use. Must be using Spire Computer system. Must be comfortable with computer and learning different systems. You will have to work 3 times a year for rental inventory which will include 3 Friday evenings and 3 Saturdays a year. New Haven Rental Equipment consists of Moving Equipment Rental such as Panel Carts, Machine Moving Equipment, Piano Moving Equipment, Office Machine and Library Carts, Ecrates, just to name a few.
