Job tasks include:

• Administer vaccines and other injections as ordered by the Provider
• Triage phone calls from patients
• Transition of care
• Sanitize common areas and exam rooms
• Assist in completion of forms and documents
• Perform or assist with minor procedures as ordered by the Provider (A1c, spirometry, EKG, INR, ear flush, etc.)
• Medication reconciliation
• Preparing patients for their appointment with the Provider by asking a series of questions pertinent to their visit
