Position: Clinician – MAT/OTP Mobile Services
Location: Lake City, FL
Salary:
- Unlicensed: $50,872
- Licensed: $66,187 – $71,703 (based on experience)
Qualified supervision toward licensure provided
$3,000–$5,000 sign-on bonus (Outpatient only)

About the Role
Provide assessment, counseling, and treatment planning for clients in a mobile MAT program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide individual and group counseling for substance use and co-occurring disorders
- Collaborate with RN and team to deliver care (in-person and telehealth)
- Support mobile unit operations, including documentation and logs
- Monitor client progress and intervene in crisis situations as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health-related field (preferred)
- Licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) preferred
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Knowledge of MAT and Baker Act preferred
- Valid Florida driver’s license with clean record
