This is a fully remote position. Our communities are in North and South Carolina, but our managers can live anywhere in the United States. If you happen to live near one of our eight Carolina offices, you're welcome to work hybrid instead.

Your pay grows with you. Credentials, experience, and portfolio growth all lead to higher earnings, and several of our managers earn $100,000 or more.

What You'll Do:
Serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of HOA and condominium Boards, helping volunteer leaders govern well and make sound decisions.
Assist Boards in organizing and conducting Board and annual meetings, typically held remotely, from agenda planning through follow-up.
Help guide Boards through budgets, financial reports, and long-term planning, working closely with our accounting team.
Assist Boards in overseeing vendors, maintenance, and capital projects from start to finish.
Respond to homeowners clearly and promptly, and help keep community communications positive and consistent.
Most of your work happens through Zoom or Teams meetings, calls, and our management systems. Routine site inspections may be handled by an inspector, so your time on site is limited. Expect an occasional trip to visit a property, typically a few times a year or less.

What We're Looking For:
Solid, hands-on experience in community association management is required. Background in property management or real estate is a plus. If you have the experience but not yet the CMCA®, we'll sponsor it.
CMCA®, AMS®, or PCAM® preferred.
Comfort with budgets, financial reports, and vendor relationships.
Clear communication, good judgment, and patience with the human side of community life.
Organization and follow-through across multiple communities.
Experience with community association management software (we use Vantaca) and Microsoft Office.

Approximate Compensation Based on Experience and Credentials:
Experienced community manager, no designation yet - $45,000 to $65,000
CMCA® with experience - $55,000 to $70,000
AMS® or PCAM® - $70,000 to $100,000+

Incentive pay is available at every level. Where you start within a range depends on your qualifications and experience. Managers at the top of the scale typically have significant industry experience, longevity with AMG, and advanced designations.

Where our support teams are:
You don't need to live near an office. These are home to the teams that support you, and managers who live nearby can work from them if they prefer.
