Job Description

We’re looking for Certified Phlebotomists who are excited to contribute to the vital work of our Clinical Lab team. In this role, you’ll perform a variety of routine lab tasks, support the flow of patient specimens, manage clerical duties, and help ensure a smooth and accurate specimen processing experience. We value attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to service excellence—and we’re excited to welcome professionals who bring these strengths to our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory tasks

• Handle and document patient specimens accurately

• Facilitate specimen flow in and out of the lab

• Complete patient clerical information and administrative duties

This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient- and mission-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Current California Phlebotomy Certificate

• BLS certification required and maintained

• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language

• Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients, families, coworkers, and community
