Make dollars more per hour with the tips generated by having happy guests! We also offer favorable working hours (nights free!) We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Host to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensure they have a positive experience from the moment they arrive. The ideal candidate will be attentive, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Join our team and make a great hourly wage, while being a key part of delivering exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, working with various reservation systems
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and waiting area
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth seating flow
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy
• Assist with special events or large parties as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assist with to go orders

• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
• Previous experience in a hospitality role is a plus
• Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused attitude
• Proficient using guest waitlist and other reservation system technologies
• Ability to manage guest inquiries and provide exceptional service
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
