This role offers the opportunity to build and scale strategic partnerships that drive customer growth and expand access to innovative financial solutions. As part of a growth-focused team, you will identify new distribution opportunities, develop impactful commercial relationships, and create partnership strategies that reach millions of potential users. You will own the full partnership lifecycle, from sourcing and negotiation through launch and optimization. Working cross-functionally with teams across marketing, product, legal, finance, and analytics, you will help shape partnerships into a core growth engine. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguous environments and enjoys building new programs from the ground up. - Develop and execute strategic partnership strategies focused on expanding customer acquisition channels and creating sustainable growth opportunities.
- Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with high-potential partners across platforms, ecosystems, and emerging distribution channels.
- Own the full partnership lifecycle, including opportunity sourcing, outreach, pitching, commercial structuring, negotiation, onboarding, launch, and ongoing relationship management.
- Lead complex partnership negotiations in collaboration with legal, compliance, finance, marketing, and operational stakeholders.
- Create partnership models that support long-term business growth while maintaining customer trust and strong user experiences.
- Collaborate with product teams to explore integrations, co-branded experiences, and embedded solutions that create new acquisition opportunities.
- Launch and scale partnership initiatives from initial concept through execution, using analytics and performance insights to improve outcomes.
- Build strong internal relationships by sharing partnership insights, identifying best practices, and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Monitor market trends and emerging opportunities to identify innovative growth channels and competitive advantages.
- Communicate partnership strategies, results, and recommendations clearly to leadership and key stakeholders.
- 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, growth partnerships, or a related field.
- Proven success identifying, negotiating, and launching high-impact commercial partnerships.
- Experience working within fintech, financial services, lending, e-commerce, technology, or other regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of partnership strategy, customer acquisition, and growth-focused business models.
- Ability to use data, performance metrics, and business insights to develop and optimize partnership strategies.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex negotiations involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities and limited structure.
- Strategic mindset with strong ownership, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Ability to balance short-term execution with long-term business impact.
