As a Staff Product Manager - AI Platform, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of innovative AI-powered platform capabilities that transform how enterprise users leverage data and automation. • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI platform initiatives, from discovery and roadmap definition through development, launch, adoption, and continuous optimization.
• Engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to identify business needs, validate opportunities, and translate complex requirements into scalable AI-powered product solutions.
• Define product strategy and prioritize initiatives that strengthen AI capabilities, improve user experiences, and maximize customer and business outcomes.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to drive efficient product development, facilitate agile delivery, and ensure high-quality releases.
• Contribute to architectural discussions, technical trade-offs, and platform design decisions that support scalable, reliable, and maintainable AI products.
• Build alignment across product, engineering, customer success, sales, and leadership teams while influencing strategic decisions and managing competing priorities.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and emerging AI technologies to continuously refine the product roadmap and identify new opportunities for innovation.

• Minimum of 8 years of Product Management experience, including ownership of complex enterprise software products.
• Strong expertise in artificial intelligence technologies, including AI agents, large language models, context management, memory systems, agent frameworks, and AI platform architecture.
• Proven experience defining and delivering AI-powered products from concept through launch and ongoing product growth.
• Solid understanding of cloud-based enterprise platforms, APIs, data integration, data connectors, and modern data ecosystems.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams on technical product design, architectural decisions, and scalable platform development.
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, customers, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing relationships across cross-functional teams, customers, partners, and senior leadership while influencing product strategy and execution.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and their surrounding ecosystem integrations is preferred.
• Exceptional analytical thinking, product strategy, communication, presentation, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for building customer-centric AI products in fast-paced, highly collaborative, and innovation-driven environments.

• Competitive annual base salary ranging from $132,000 to $220,000 USD, based on experience, skills, qualifications, and work location.
